Cramps Be Gone!

I was a little skeptical as to how this would work at first, (like the other reviewers) but decided to give it a try.
I'm glad I did! It works wonders on my cramping. I keep it in my purse now so it's always handy on surprise visits. I apply it to my lower abdomen. Thank you Poofy!

Replace my Advil!

This is the second month I have used this blend and I LOVE it.

I will admit I was sceptical at first about how well it would work! But I was pleasantly surprised at how it helped my cramps. I usually take 1-2 Advil every 4 hours for a couple days when it's really bad. When I used the Female Support Blend when I felt cramps coming on, I didn't need the Advil.
I rubbed it on my abdomen and sometimes wrists. Very pleasant smell that fades (reminds me a little of roses).

It Works!

I am one of those few people who doesn’t use oils frequently, but I really wanted to give this a try. I will admit that I was skeptical that it would do anything but smell nice. So happy to report that it does much more than smell nice! It’s very effective for my mood, cramping, and that general blah feeling I have around my period. It’s never leaving my purse.

Life Saver

I use this oil in the few days leading up to my period and it really makes a difference in my mood and level of calmness. I have even gotten this for a few of my friends and they really like it.
