Aromatherapy USDA Organic Essential Oil Blend that may help to eliminate & diminish pain and aura associated with headaches & migraines*

15 mL. Dilution rate: 3%  (for adults, for specific injuries, using short-term).  To dilute further, use a similar carrier oil to Sunflower.

Great to alleviate headaches

My entire family uses Head Ease. We get relief within minutes of applying it. My hubby suffers from migraines. He stopped taking his prescription medication after trying Head Ease and getting such great relief without having to go to bed from the meds. He called me when he had a headache at work and I took him the Head Ease and he was able to continue to work because it helped his headache go away.

Relaxing

I suffer from cervicalagia (neck pain) and it gets bad and I don’t like taking traditional medicine. I rub some of this on my temples and behind my ears and take a few sniffs of it and it and just relax. It definitely helps ease the pain!!

Migraine Help

I get monthly hormone-induced migraines and this oil has already helped me twice this week and helped my teenager as well.  I rubbed it on my temples and under my nose so I could breathe it in.  This is the first essential oil blend I have tried and my only product from Poofy so far, but I look forward to trying out other oil blends.

Happy Customer

The first thing I noticed is that this oil blend reminds me of Thin Mint cookies. It smells so good! I have had migraines my entire life and had daily medication for about 8 years. Diet and lifestyle changes have helped a lot but I wanted to give this a try and see if it could be a first line of defense when I start to feel a headache or migraine coming on. I apply a drop to each temple and rub it in with my wrists. If the back of my neck is also hurting, then I apply a drop there. It has helped resolve a few headaches and ease me into sleep (I have a really hard time falling asleep when my head hurts). It might not be the perfect blend for me, but I like this product and would recommend it to anyone who has normal headaches.
